At Bamboo Grove Co we are committed to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
- We currently only post to Australian and New Zealand destinations.
- Standard delivery fee of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia.
- Standard delivery is free for orders over $100.
- Express delivery at a flat rate of $14.95, no matter the size of the order.
- Free local delivery in Townsville, postcodes 4810 - 4814
- Contact us if you live in Townsville outside of these postcodes, 4815 - 4819, and we will email you the address for local pickup.
- New Zealand standard rates are $14.95 for smaller parcels (less than 1 kg) and $24.95 for all other parcels.

- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- All items are sent via Australia Post and you will receive a notification with your tracking reference number when your order has been shipped.
- Orders are dispatched from our business in Townsville. Please refer to Austpost for current delivery times. Most items should arrive within 4-7 business days after being dispatched. Deliveries to remote parts of Australia and New Zealand might take longer.
- Please be aware of current domestic delays by referring to Austpost Delivery times and service updates.
Lost and Damaged Parcels:
- We offer shipping protection to protect you from uncontrollable factors during the shipping process.
- Shipping protection is calculated on your cart value at checkout and automatically added to your order.
- You have the option to remove the shipping protection.
- Orders that have opted out of shipping protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
- Claims for all damaged, lost, and stolen packages must be reported within 7 business days from when the tracking stated “delivered” or from the last time the tracking updated.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for incorrect sizes or change of mind. Please note that sizes are provided as a guide only. Information about sizing is available on our product pages. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to making a purchase.
We take pride in the quality of our products. All items are inspected prior to sending, however in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Human errors happen. If you have received an incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item and we will rectify the situation.
